Founding Story
Vivian Agency founder Enelin Toneva (previously Paas) has been building affiliate programs since 2018. From one successful program to another, she decided to use her comprehensive freelancing and consulting experience, and founded Vivian Agency.
Enelin got into marketing around 2015 by freelancing for various companies while traveling the world. In early 2018, she started to work with SafetyWing, a YC company in Silicon Valley. The team figured that the best way to grow this early-stage startup was through an affiliate program, encouraging genuine recommendations from their clients with incentives. They built the program from scratch and coded all the functionalities, from affiliate tracking links to partner dashboards.
After 6 months, the affiliate program showed 20% monthly growth. Fast forward a year, and it had become the biggest growth channel for the company. Today, SafetyWing has raised 50+ million and serves hundreds of thousands of clients.
This experience led Enelin to start consulting for other exciting startups. From one successful program to another, freelancing and consulting quickly turned into running an agency. Today, Enelin continues to work very closely with SafetyWing while heading Vivian Agency.
Besides her daily hands-on work, Enelin is also a consultant, e-teacher, and speaker on marketing and remote work.

Enelin is a startup-minded T-shaped marketer focused on growth. Previously top-rated freelancer in Upwork, head of multiple global marketing teams, led a 150+ people NGO organization and founded a coworking space. Today she is the Head of Biz Dev @Safetywing and the CEO & Founder @Vivian Agency.

We are a dog rescue and shelter, giving homeless animals a second chance because every animal deserves a happy home.
SPCA
The SPCA Puerto Vallarta is a no-kill dog shelter. They rescue and find permanent homes for over 200 animals each year.
Eesti Metslooma Ühing
EMÜ helps wild animals in trouble due to human activity in the urban environment or nature. The aim is to rehabilitate and re-release the animals.
Gabrieli Loomade Elu
GLE aims to protect and treat sick and homeless cats, help them find a new safe home, and raise awareness of keeping and caring for cats.
Looma Pääste
The main goal of this organization is to ensure fast transport and treatment for animals and birds who have been in accidents and/or need emergency veterinary care.
Pets for the elderly
Their mission is to provide companionship to senior individuals through pet ownership while saving the lives of companion animals in shelters.
Stripe Climate
Since July 2022, Vivian Agency has been donating a procent from the revenue to carbon removal NGOs to help them reduce the impact on our planet in collaboration with Stripe Climate.
